Cancellation, Rescheduling, & No-Show Policy

Of course, everyone’s time is very valuable! And, recognizing that appointment times are limited, we kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if you are not able to keep your appointment.

As of May 2023, a credit card is required to be left on file in order to book your appointment. This is to protect my time against no-shows and late cancellations. I understand that life happens, and I am happy to work with you via proper communication. Let's be respectful of everyone's time!

These are typical, industry-wide policies. Nowadays, most salons or doctors' offices of any sort require a deposit or put a card on file to book an appointment. Credit card information is encrypted through my payment processor so your information is safe.

Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be responsible for 50% of the treatment value since the salon can not re-book this appointment time. If you miss a consultation, you will be charged $25. If you miss your permanent makeup touch up appointment, you will be charged $50 since I cannot re-book this time. If you reschedule within 7 business days, we will apply it towards your appointment of same or greater value. We allow only one reschedule for full permanent makeup treatments. If you miss your 2nd appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the treatment value. If Nicole scheduled your appointment for you with no card on file, you will be required to pay 50% as a booking fee to reschedule any permanent makeup appointment which will be applied to your appointment. Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service and we may need to reschedule and you may be required to pay another booking fee.

Please call if it is impossible for you to keep your appointment and I will do my best to work with you. Communication is KEY!

Permanent Makeup Touch Up Sessions

Touch up appointments for permanent makeup must be done at least 12 weeks from the original appointment - any touch ups after that will be considered a color top off. Charges for color top offs are on my booking page.

Guests/Children

Due to safety and insurance, we do not allow children or extra guests to join you at your appointment. As a service provider, Nicole aims to give you her undivided attention to ensure you have the best experience at the salon where you can just sit back and relax. You will be asked to reschedule if you bring guests with you.
